I was responsible for Network Engineering, System Engineering, Messaging and Collaboration, Support Desk,

Network Operations, Desktop Support, Field Support, Video Conferencing, VoIP.

Member of the Data Center Energy Efficiency Team, corporate member of Rewards and Recognition team,

Chairman of the Enterprise Telecommunications Committee. Played a key role in Planning and Development of the Network, set up Operations and Support Center staff, developed all Procedural Documentation for Network Operations, designed and implemented the Command Center to monitor the various systems. Played a critical role in moving the corporate data center. Implemented and maintained backup software for nine data zones and established the backup infrastructure, role in configuration of client server installation. Member of the Disaster Communications Planning Committee, Event, Escalation Matrix and Change Management team. Established Network Operations Support 24/7/365.
